Meet Arthur…
Arthur was brought in with Greta (a pregnant female).
Arthur is in shocking condition, teeth worn down, super skinny and full of mange.
He looks to be an older doggie and is small but adorable 
He gets so excited to get love and will stick by your side once he realizes you are there to love him.
He gets so excited to get love and will stick by your side once he realizes you are there to love him. Arthur had a dislocated hip and is going to need surgery once he is in a more healthy condition.
Both are now in our care and will be rehabilitated, loved and cared for until they are ready for a new family.
